It is a three-step the process:

- Get the App
- When you are ready to use the free passes, at our place, in the lobby, go ahead and activate your passes
- Then at the bottom of the app click on ‘wallet’, at the top of the app click on ‘redeemed promos’
- That is the page you need to show us at the ticket window
- When you first register, it will take up to three hours for the passes to show in the app
