Each eligible registered child receives two free skating admission passes every week through the MyHownd app.
Who Is Eligible?
Age 10 & Younger
Kids Skate Free passes are available for registered children age 10 and younger at Skate-A-While Longer.
Register Each Child
Each child is registered using their name and birthdate. You can add more than one child during the signup process.
Annual Membership
The Kids Skate Free Club charges an annual membership fee of $5.99 per child.
How Kids Skate Free Works
Join the Club
Click the signup button on this page and register your child directly for Skate-A-While Longer.
Enter the parent or guardian information, each child’s name and birthdate, and pay the annual membership fee.
You do not need to search for our rink. The signup link on this page already takes you directly to Skate-A-While Longer.
Download MyHownd
Download the MyHownd app and create your account using the same email address used when registering for Kids Skate Free.
Your available Kids Skate Free passes will appear in My Promos.
Redeem After You Arrive
After you arrive on Skate-A-While Longer property, open MyHownd and redeem your Kids Skate Free pass before you reach the ticket window.
The pass must be redeemed while you are physically at the rink because the system uses geofencing. The lobby is a good place to do this.
After redeeming the pass, tap Wallet at the bottom of the MyHownd app, then tap Redeemed Promos at the top.
Show the Redeemed Promos screen to our staff at the ticket window.
Use the Same Email Address
The email address used for your Kids Skate Free registration must match the email address used for your MyHownd account.

Fresh Passes Every Week
Kids Skate Free passes are issued weekly through MyHownd and are valid for one week. Check the app for your current available passes before coming to the rink.
Can’t Find Your Passes?
Check Spam or Junk
If you cannot find the Kids Skate Free email, check your Spam or Junk folder. This is where the message is most often found.
Also make sure you are checking the same email address used when registering your child.
Look in My Promos
Open MyHownd and look for your available Kids Skate Free passes in My Promos.
Already Redeemed It?
Tap Wallet at the bottom of the MyHownd app, then tap Redeemed Promos at the top.
That is the screen you need to show our staff at the ticket window.
