Skate-A-While Longer is seeking a motivated, growth-focused Marketing & Community Growth Manager to expand our school partnerships, increase event attendance, and strengthen our digital presence.
This is a results-driven role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating content, and directly impacting business growth.
Growing Our STEM Program
This position plays a direct role in expanding our STEM school sessions and increasing weekday attendance.
- Visit school offices to present STEM skating sessions
- Deliver information about fundraisers, bookmark programs, seasonal promotions, and passes
- Follow up with administrators via phone and email
- Attend PTA / PTO meetings to promote partnerships
- Develop long-term relationships with school leadership
- Track outreach efforts and drive measurable attendance growth
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
This role directly impacts attendance through consistent, engaging content.
- Attend skating sessions to capture photos and videos
- Create engaging Facebook & Instagram content
- Edit short-form promotional videos using CapCut or similar software
- Publish content consistently — minimum 7 posts per week
- Promote upcoming events, special sessions, and weekly highlights
- Help increase engagement, reach, and event turnout
Flexible Part-Time Opportunity
This is a part-time, flexible position. Outreach can be scheduled during school hours. Filming can take place during skating sessions, while advertisement creation and content editing can be completed anytime.

- Excited about growing Skate-A-While Longer within the community
Compensation Disclosure
- Social Media Marketing: $400.00 per month, plus complimentary admission to all skating sessions.
- STEM Program Growth: Commission-based compensation at $3.00 per attendee.
- Annual commission could possibly start at $7,000–$10,000 per year, and when the program is fully implemented could exceed $40,000 per year.
Compensation may be structured as one or both roles depending on applicant qualifications and business needs.
